Javier Mariscal
Background
A born creator of images, Mariscal's artistic talent developed using all sorts of different media and disciplines (comics, illustration, graphic, industrial and textile design; painting, sculpture and animation). In 1971 he studied graphic design in Barcelona and then in 1978 published the Abcadari ll.lustrat. His clients have included Akaba, Adex, BD Ediciones de Diseno, Nani Marquina, Pamesa, Memphis, Alessi, Swatch, Vorwerk, Rosenthal, Moroso, Cosmic, and Sangetsu. Refusing to abandon the more artistic aspects of his career Mariscal has held numerous exhibitions over the years. He travels frequently giving lectures to students all over the world.
